You have 30 days after receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to justify your decision. This period is more favorable than the legal withdrawal period of 14 days provided for in Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Return Conditions
- Item unworn (except for simple try-on), unwashed, in its original packaging with tags.
- For hygiene reasons, unsealed or worn underwear and shapewear items cannot be returned or exchanged (art. L.221-28 5° of the Consumer Code).
- Request to be sent to contact@yogashapefit.com with your order number; we will provide you with the return address.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense; we recommend tracked shipping.
Refund
The refund (product + initial standard delivery, if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned items cannot be refunded.
Defective Item or Order Error
If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, contact us within 48 hours with photos: return or full refund at our expense, with no return required in most cases.
