Shipping Destinations
We ship to France, as well as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland, and also to the United States and Canada. We do not ship outside of these destinations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase, to all serviced destinations. No shipping fees are added at checkout.
Delivery Times
Please allow 7 to 11 working days in total between your order and receipt, which includes 1 to 3 working days for preparation and then 6 to 8 working days for transit. For Switzerland, the United States, and Canada, customs clearance may extend this period by a few days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is dispatched.
Package Origin
Some of our items are shipped from our partner warehouses located outside the European Union.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Our shipments are made on a DDP basis, with duties and taxes paid at the time of shipment. The price you pay when ordering is therefore the final price: you will not have any customs duties or import taxes to pay upon receipt of your package.
Displayed Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in your local currency when available. The amount charged may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank.
Shipping Address
Please check your address carefully when placing your order. Any re-shipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged.
Unreceived Package
If you have not received your package after 20 working days, please contact us at contact@yogashapefit.com. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier before proceeding with a refund if necessary.
