Delivery times
- Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days.
- Shipping: 8 to 12 business days depending on the destination.
- Estimated total delivery time: 9 to 15 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.
Order tracking
You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipping email or via the "Track my order" section. If you have no news of your package after 20 business days, please contact us: we will open an inquiry with the carrier and offer you a reshipment or a refund.
Customs
Deliveries to destinations outside the European Union (Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the recipient. These potential costs are not included in the order price.
