You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, without justification, in accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
Return Conditions
- Item unworn (aside from trying on), unwashed, in its original packaging with tags.
- For hygiene reasons, unsealed or worn underwear and shaping garments cannot be returned or exchanged (art. L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code).
- Request to be sent to contact@yogashapefit.com with your order number; we will provide you with the return address.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense; we recommend tracked shipping.
Refund
The refund (product + initial standard delivery, if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled returned items will not be refunded.
Defective Item or Order Error
If you receive a defective or non-compliant item, contact us within 48 hours with photos: return or full refund at our expense, with no return required in most cases.
