Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between YOGASHAPE ([First name Last name], sole proprietorship, SIREN [number], registered office: [address]) and any consumer placing an order on yogashapefit.com. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products and prices

The products offered are sports and shapewear clothing described with the greatest possible accuracy. Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI. YOGASHAPE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the product being invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Article 3 — Order and payment

Payment is made online, in full, by credit card or any other means offered at checkout. Transactions are secure and encrypted. The order is confirmed by e-mail after payment validation.

Article 4 — Delivery

Free delivery in metropolitan France and Belgium. United States: €4.99, free for purchases over €50. Other destinations: €7.90, free for purchases over €65. Estimated delivery time: 8 to 12 working days after dispatch. In accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if the announced delivery time is exceeded by more than 7 days, the customer may cancel their order. For destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without stating a reason. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Reimbursement occurs within 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment. Exception: unsealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (worn underwear and shapewear, excluding trying on) cannot be subject to withdrawal (art. L.221-28 5°).

Article 6 — Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In case of defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or reimbursement.
